For support and bug reports about just trees, email justtreessupport@lovelace.yv3.uk. This is the contact address for the browser workbenches published by Lovelace @ WYV3RN. Contact is by email only; this page does not provide a phone number or postal address.

Please say which workbench you were using, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Browser name, browser version and whether the problem occurred online or offline can help describe a reproducible issue. If an error message appears, you can include its text after checking it for private information.

Do not send secrets. Never include passwords, access tokens, session cookies, private URLs or personal information from real input. If an example is needed, replace sensitive keys and values with made-up data and check that the problem still occurs. Screenshots and share links can contain your input too, so review them before sending.

Parsing happens locally in your browser; emailing an example is a separate action that shares that example with the support inbox. There is no need to send the original data just to describe a problem. The privacy notice explains how the website handles input, browser storage, analytics and advertising.
